Red, Red Wine

I really like the work of Fabian Perez, the Argentinian artist, whose prints adorn many a gallery in England. I came across a photo he used as source material for one of his paintings, and wanted to try the same composition in my own style. The end result here looks quite different from his original painting ("Tess IV") - which I'm very happy about, for better or worse! 16" x 20", acrylic on canvas.
