Carla Marino was born in Finale Ligure Marina in 1952.She currently lives and works in San Lorenzo Al Mare.

She  has loved drawing and painting since she was a child. She attended the "Liceo"(Italian secondary School)

specialised in art subjects in Savona,then specialised in figurative arts in an Arts Institute in Torino.

Her first one-woman  exhibition was prepared in 1969 in Noli  (SV) and in that occasion critics said that Carla Marino's works reminded Goya's painting style.The exhibited paintings showed mainly faces and figures.Exhibitions and prizes in

the most important cities in the world :

Venezia,Taormina,Firenze,Portofino,Portovenere,Capri,

Castrocaro,Genova,Roma,Cannes,Nizza,Montecarlo,Corfù,

Copenaghen,Barcellona,Parigi.
