Rough Seas at Craigeven Bay, Stonehaven - a seascape painting by Ros C. This atmospheric seascape painting was inspired by a photograph I took one hazy winter's day. Although cold, the, sky was bright in places with a touch of approaching Haar. There was still just enough brightness to bring out the subtle colours in the sky and sea. Accompanied by the waves breaking on nearby rocks and flooding into Craigeven Bay, this was one scene I just had to capture. The painting is worked in Acrylics on a box-framed canvas, with all sides painted. NOW SOLD, however similar available to commission, in various sizes.
