Biography

Albert Einstein once said " Imagination is greater than knowledge", and from my own life experience, I believe him. From my childhood to this very day, my imagination has played a big part in my life.  With every cloud that passes by, with every shadow of a tree stretching out on a wall, my imagination would create faces, castles, animals or monsters, etc.  And from those imaginary images I could travel worlds and discover new places and ideas, without the need to know for sure that they really exist.  This in the end fills my mind with new thoughts and understanding with out the need to study or learn.  With this in mind, I create my art to hopefully inspire your own imagination.  I combine hundreds of detailed pictures to produce a blurry image when viewed from a distance. When this happens, you tend to perceive what your mind wants to imagine.

The inspiration for my art comes from the universe that surrounds us, and the dreams I had as a boy.  The smaller pictures within each piece of art, are pieces of my life, my thoughts, my feelings, my dreams and  my wishes.   I produce my art in black and white because I like the way the shades vary with each different image I draw.  Also I would like the public one day to have both options when purchasing copies: colored, black and white, providing a chance to color them in, as I loved coloring in pictures when I was young.  The more detailed the better.
